I belive I may am embroiled in some kind of problem or struggle. Naturally it is on my mind a lot of the time. But the more I dwell on the issue, the more I will find something to worry about - i'll start creating potential problems in my mind. I gotta leave it alone for now, this isn't something I can fix immediately anyway. And if I can let go of my anxiety, I will find greater harmony and more options for a peaceful resolution.
